Live Guest Portraits
Give guests a party favor that they’ll treasure for years to come!
As for the process, guests visit my table, where I quickly snap their photo and then work my magic!Any portraits not completed during the event are finished afterward in my home studio. These remaining portraits are then mailed directly to guests along with thank-you cards.
I use 5 × 7 watercolor paper and professional-grade watercolor paints, and I provide all packaging for the finished portraits.
Pricing for this service depends on the number of guests. There is a 4–5 hour minimum when hiring this service on its own.
For guest counts over 150, I recommend adding a second artist, if your budget allows, to ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible throughout the event.

Pricing Includes:
- 4–5 hours of on-site live painting, plus 1 hour of setup time.
- The NO GUEST TURNED AWAY option allows for additional studio time to complete any remaining portraits not finished on-site.
- All supplies, including 5 x 7 watercolor paper, professional watercolor paints, and packaging for the portraits.
- When available, an Art Assistant may be provided to help guide guests through the illustration experience, collect names and addresses, and package completed portraits.
Reserving your Date
Fill out an inquiry form to ensure I have your date available on my calendar! From there, I offer a complimentary consultation phone call to chat more about your wedding and answer any questions you may have.
To officially move forward, I’ll send over a contract for you to review and sign, along with a $300 nonrefundable retainer, which is applied toward your final total. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially reserved!
