Reserving Your Date
The first step is reaching out to confirm availability for your event date. When contacting me, please share the type of event you are planning, your vision, and what you would like captured so I can recommend the best painting experience for your needs.
Once your date is available, I will provide a pricing guide and we can schedule a quick, no-pressure consultation to discuss your ideas, timeline, and the special moments you want preserved.
After you decide to move forward, a retainer fee is required to reserve your date and will be applied toward your final total. A contract will also be prepared for your review and signature to ensure every detail is covered.
Your date is not booked if the contract is not signed, sent, and/or the retainer fee is not paid. Before your event, we will finalize the details, including the scene you would like captured, the location, and any special elements you would like incorporated!
Capturing That Special Moment
The heart of every painting is the moment that matters most to you. Whether it is a wedding ceremony, first dance, grand entrance, cake cutting, anniversary celebration, corporate milestone, award presentation, private celebration, or another meaningful moment shared with loved ones, I carefully capture the scene through thoughtfully selected reference images that reflect your vision and the emotion of the occasion. I may use a posed reference photo, a candid image, or a combination of both to ensure the final painting feels authentic, personal, and meaningful.
