Live Guest Portraits
Create a memorable wedding experience with live watercolor guest portraits — the perfect personalized wedding favor your guests will treasure long after your celebration. As an interactive addition to your wedding day, guests can visit the portrait table and receive a custom hand-painted watercolor illustration created just for them. The process is simple and fun: guests stop by the portrait station, I capture a quick photo, and then transform their moment into a one-of-a-kind watercolor artwork.
All finished portraits are carefully packaged and ready for guests to take home. Any portraits that cannot be completed during the event are finished afterward in my studio.

Reserving Your Date
First, reach out to confirm that your date is available. If I am available, I’ll send over a pricing guide, and we can schedule a quick, no-pressure consultation call. Live watercolor guest portraits are booked based on availability and the number of guests you would like included. Because each portrait is individually created by hand, pricing is customized based on your event needs. Once you’re ready to move forward, a retainer fee is required and will be applied toward your final total.
On Your Wedding Day
I arrive approximately two to three hours before the scene you’ve chosen to be captured to begin setting up. A dedicated portrait station provides guests with the opportunity to watch their artwork come to life while enjoying the celebration.
Guests simply stop by the portrait table, where a quick photo is captured before the painting process begins. Using professional watercolor materials and high-quality paper, each portrait is carefully hand-painted throughout your reception.
Most guests visit in pairs, allowing approximately 6–10 guest portraits to be completed per hour. The result is a meaningful wedding favor that captures the joy, excitement, and memories of your special day.

Final Touchups
Your wedding day moves quickly, and creating beautiful artwork takes time. Any portraits that are not completed during your event will be carefully finished afterward in the studio.
