    Live Wedding Paintings

As a live wedding painter, I have the unique opportunity to capture the love, emotion, and beauty of a couple's special day through my art! This “job” allows me to connect not only with couples, but their loved ones as well. I relish in hearing the stories, toasts, and learning about what makes the couple's love story so unique and special. I feel so fortunate that I'm able to create art that brings joy and happiness to others!

With my decade-plus of experience, this finished painting becomes more than décor — it becomes a personal reminder of the day you said “I do.”

    Reserving Your Date

First, reach out to confirm that your date is available. If I am available, I’ll send over a pricing guide and we can schedule a quick, no-pressure consultation call. Once you’re ready to move forward, a $300 retainer is required and will be applied toward your final total. I will also prepare a contract for your review and signature. We’ll have a consultation call two to four weeks before your big day to finalize the details of your painting.

    On Your Wedding Day

I arrive approximately two to three hours before the scene you’ve chosen to be captured to begin setting up and painting the background. I take additional reference photos, which I thoughtfully merge into the painting to ensure every aspect of your vision is reflected on the canvas. Guests can watch the artwork evolve as each detail is carefully added!

    That Special Moment

As for the couple, when that special moment I’ve been requested to paint occurs (first dance, ceremony exit, cake cutting, etc.) I take either a controlled reference photo of the couple or an authentic, in-the-moment shot—whichever best suits your vision and timeline. As the day unfolds, guests get to watch the painting come to life while I add in the beautiful details of your celebration.

    Final Touchups

I typically take the painting home to make a few final touch-ups (I’m a bit of a perfectionist) and apply a protective layer of varnish to ensure it lasts for years to come.

Before sealing the painting with varnish, I’ll send you a photo of the finished piece for your approval. The final turnaround time is anywhere from 2-4 months from your event date.
